My mom put Hailey's pool away today. Hailey saw this happening and said "pool" for the first time.
This evening Hailey said another first word - "love." She was giving love to us and Logan, which is what we call it when she comes over and puts her forehead next to ours and lingers for a second or two, and then proceeded to do the same thing to her Sit 'n Spin. I said to Christine that it takes away just a little bit of the warm feeling when she turns around and gives love to her toys. Hailey heard me say that and said "love."
About 8:50pm this evening Logan rolled over for the first time. We missed Hailey's first back to tummy roll on a day that Grandma and Grandpa were watching her. She was almost nine months old. Logan is just under four months old. Everything (hopefully) is going to go so much faster with Logan. I was right there when he rolled but did not see it happen. I was writing in our journal, looked up and within a matter of seconds he had gone from his back to his tummy.
