I tried spending some time today baby proofing the kitchen. For several weeks Hailey has been opening cabinets; yet, making time to install the locks has been a challenge. I put up temporary gates to keep her out of the kitchen which she promptly tested until I had them set just right.
Being kept out of the kitchen did not seem to bother her but as soon as I started the drill the crying started. I quickly set aside this task, again, as the idea of her crying during each hole drilled did not sound like a fun day for either of us.
