Hailey had a few spit ups today. One time was when she was laying flat for just a few minutes over two hours since she had eaten. We were warned the reflux could happen at any time and it appears to be true. This evening she spit up again while being held pretty upright, so it is hard to say what could have prevented that one. It is hard to know what things are "normal" and what things are a direct result of the reflux.
