This morning Hailey had another session with her teacher.
Last night I brought home most of the toys from Grandma and Grandpa's. This morning we sorted out suitable replacements to go back. Tonight it was very clear that Hailey was excited to have some of the "new" toys to play with at home. That has been true in previous exchanges.
What was different this time is she seemed so sad when she "discovered" various items that are now missing from our home.
When she saw the blocks were missing she got a sad look on her face, pointed to where they had been and said in a soft voice "blocks?" Several times I had to explain that a particular toy was now at Grandma and Grandpa's house for her to play with during the day.
Logan was very vocal tonight. Not crying, just happy screams.
