Today was an exciting day as two of Hailey's primary nurses from the NICU came to visit. Megan and Christie were such an important part of Hailey's life, and ours, during those first 100 days. It was fun to catch up on what has been happening and for them to see Hailey.
While Hailey may be a little larger than when we left Children's in November, she is mighty small compared to Christie's son who was born in January. Owen is the first baby Hailey has seen in person since Ryan passed away. In the hospital she could hear other babies crying but with the NICU layout she never saw them.
It was hard to judge what she may or may not have thought about seeing another baby.
