Hailey is now into reaching out for objects. When she bottle feeds, especially when Christine sits her in her Boppy, Hailey now routinely reaches out with both hands to hold the bottle.
She also will now reach and grab a rattle when it is handed to her. Until the last few days you had to put the rattle into her open hand, then she would grasp hold and sometimes have proper positioning of her thumb. Now the thumb placement is still not happening all of the time but you do not have to put the rattle in her hand. If you put the rattle an inch or two away from her hand she will reach for it and grab it out of the air.
Dishwasher Update: Now that it is done, yes I did save money and it was worth it to install the dishwasher myself. In the midst of the install, during my second trip to Home Depot, I was not entirely convinced.
