Hailey's pediatrician said we could start experimenting with sippy cups, which reminded us of something we had forgotten. Hailey's bottles are still set up with slow flow nipples. I had tried to switch to fast ones back in April but at that time she could not handle it and milk went everywhere.
Well, before we start trying sippy cups we figured we better get her using the fast nipples. So today, beginning with her second bottle we have made the switch. A little milk got on her bib but she did a pretty good job. By evening, when she was starting to get tired, the mess during her bottles got a little more out of hand. Still, I think we will call this experiment a success and press on with this change.
