The good news, great news if she does it again tonight, is that Hailey slept through the night without her danny sling. The bad news is we did not. Hailey's motion sensing crib monitor needs to be adjusted. With the sling Hailey has always slept in the exact same place in the crib, right above the sensor. Now that she can move to all corners the sensor settings are not quite right.Several times overnight the sensor went off due to lack of movement, which is a warning for lack of breathing. They were all false alarms and eventually we just turned it off, but that did not make for restful sleep either, especially following the bloody ear incident.
We tweaked the settings a little this evening so hopefully we can all sleep tonight.
