This morning Hailey stood at her gate and sang "Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells." Not the song, just those four word and only the once but still it was fun for Christine to hear her sing.
Tonight, when we got home, Hailey walked to the far end of the kitchen, pointed and said "Right There!" At first I wasn't sure what she was talking about. I walked to where she was and could see she was pointing in the direction of where the Christmas tree had been in the living room.
We made our usual trip around the downstairs turning on lights. When we got to the spot in the living room where the tree had been she said it again exept this time adding the word tree, "Tree Right There!" This time it was almost as loud but it sounded sadder when she said it. We had a quick conversation about Christmas, the tree and next year.
Logan continues to do a lot of rolling.
