Hailey turned 30 months old today.
In today's mail we received the official report from Gillette from Hailey's visit last week. The only thing not in our post from the day of her visit is the name for their diagnosis: Pes Planovalgus.
Logan was fussy today at Grandma and Grandpa's but seemed happier tonight at home.
We usually spend some time each night hanging out in Hailey's room with both kids. Hailey notices when Logan has his eye on something and usually swoops in just before he can roll or stretch to get to it. This often makes him upset. We insist that Hailey share the toy, which temporarily makes her upset. Then she gets over it and shares and then over shares, giving him the object he wanted and every like object she can find. This is a continuous cycle with brief breaks of contented play in between.
Tonight while Christine was out getting groceries I took the kids upstairs earlier than usual. With extra time in the confined space the roll, swoop, crying, teaching about sharing, crying, sharing, over sharing cycle reached a point where the contented play stage had all but disappeared so we returned to the living room where they have more room to stretch out.
