Hailey spit up almost all of her first feeding of the morning. That is the one feeding we really want her to keep down since it has most of her medications for the day.
A nurse came around noon to check on Hailey. She said since Haily had kept the feeding down for ten minutes she probably got most of the benefit of the medicine. She sounded "great" so she clearly had absorbed the Lasix. If Hailey continues to do well these home visits could drop down to twice a week from the current three times.
The Aspen clinic called. While this Monday's lab results did look good, her pediatrician wants her tested again next Monday.
This afternoon Hailey again alarmed briefly for a high heart rate and again quickly returned to normal, much like she had on Wednesday.
In order to be awake for a baby shower being held by friends from church tomorrow morning, Christine slept from 8pm to midnight while I held Hailey.
