Late Saturday night / early Sunday morning Hailey's breathing reached a bad enough point that they took her off the ventilator and breathed for her with a bag. They also gave her a transfusion. She recovered quickly enough that they did not call us at that time.
This afternoon Christine held her but that did not start well and for a moment they had to take her off the ventilator again and this time hook her to a different machine. This lasted only for a minute or so and then she was back on the ventilator and content being held.
In the late afternoon and early evening she seemed very calm and needed very few adjustments.
